Asthikshayahara Yog is the prime product from inventory of the Sukhayu Ayurved. I have worked on hundreds of combinations, kept on trying in different dosages. And finally, we have pindown the following combination of herbs.

• Gokshur (Tribulus terrestris)
• Amalaki (Emblica officinalis)
• Nirgundi (Vitex negundo)
• Yashtimadhu (Glycyrrhiza glabra)
• Pippali (Piper longum)
• Giloy Satva (Extract of Tinospora cordifolia)

There are different roles of these medicines, likewise-

• Gokshur: helps in the kidneys, which is important for the healthy bones.
• Amalaki: enrich the vitamin C.
• Nirgundi: this wonderful herb works for Vata pacifications.
• Yashtimadhu: This licorice root helps as a Rasayana.
• Pippali: Increases the bioavailability of the medicines.
• Giloy: helps in bones marrow inflammation and blood supply.

All these herbs are processed for several times in decoction of these herbs in edge runner, until we increase their potency to many folds. So that this wonderful medicine will help you better in Avascular Necrosis.

None of these medicines are for- Calcium supply to the bones.

Because the treatment of the avascular necrosis is not at all about calcium supplies. Therefore we don’t use a single percent of calcium or phosphorus for the treatment of avascular necrosis.

Raktashodhaka Kashayam for Necrosis of bone

Rakta is the blood and Shodhaka is purifier. This medicine is aimed to remove all the obstructions from the blood vessels. So it works according to the name.

Here are the ingredients of this medicine-

• Pippali (Piper Longum)
• Amalaki (Emblica officinalis)
• Haritaki (Terminalia Chebula)
• Haridra (Crucuma Longa)
• Marich (Piper Nigrum)
• Vibhitaki (Terminalia bellerica)
• Yashthimadhu (Glycyrrhiza glabra)
• Manjishtha (Rubia cordifolia))

These herbs we use in a specific composition. And all these herbs we use are collected from specific regions under the expertise of Dr. Vinay Sharma who is Ph.D. in Ayurvedic Medicinal Plants.

This composition is- basically used after boiling the herbs.

Cap. Sandhanaka

This is the third special combination for the treatment of AVN. This is a capsule based preparation where high quality of the extracts from certain medicines comes together.

It is easy to use preparation 🙂 in comparison to the above two.

Here is the composition of this medicine-

• Suvarana- Curcummin
• Asthishrinkhala – Cissus quardangularis
• Samanga – Rubia cordifoliaVarahkarni – Withania somnifera
• Shvetavaaha – Terminalia Arjuna

These are highly concentrated extracts of the herbs, what we use for this capsule.
